Overview of Position
Full time, Monday Friday
Compensation: 70,000 to 100,000 a year
Duties and Responsibilities
Greet every customer that walks through the door or calls in, in a friendly professional manner. Retrieve messages, return calls, schedule appointments.
Speak directly with the customer to determine exactly what they need.
Create work orders to deliver to the mechanic. Calculating labor, parts, etc.
Responsible for facilitating the communication between an automotive technician and the customer. Explain the steps needed to fix the customers vehicle in a way that is easy to understand. Relay customer questions to the technician and deliver answers as necessary.
Order parts from a variety of vendors, return parts as necessary.
Manage the entire billing and payment process with the customer. Input the service provided into the point of sale (POS) system and accept the customers payment.
Promote business and help maintain social media presence.
Skills and Qualifications
Great Customer Service skills
Previous experience in an automotive or customer service environment and/or auto parts store
Valid CA Drivers license
