Maxim Engineering is seeking a working foreman with the following qualifications: minimum of 5 years' experience as a supervisor in underground wet utilities in public/private works; experience with water, sewer, storm drain; managed a crew of 10+ employees; excellent communication skills; knowledge of plans and specifications; maintain safety standards, weekly safety meetings; COVID-19 safety compliance; accurately complete weekly time cards and daily reports; scheduling and 3-week look ahead; coordination with sub-tiers/vendors; knowledge of prevailing wage. Must have clean DMV and valid California driver’s license. Excellent pay (prevailing wage and private rate). Excellent pay, medical/dental/401k benefits.
