Title: Web Content Specialist / Web Content Writer I
Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 6 months
Duties:
Transform complex concepts and documentation into conversational, approachable language.
Craft UI text, product messaging, landing pages, emails, and other project deliverables.
Collaborate effectively with other designers, content strategists, product managers, marketers, and researchers.
Create durable experiences that scale and contribute to a larger systemized approach.
Work directly with subject matter experts across the company.
Partner closely with engineers to find the best design solutions possible.
Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends.
Work on multiple projects at a time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately.

Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that are optimized for user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web and mobile platforms.
Skills:
•2-3 years of experience in content design, content strategy, or related field. Give or take a year.
•Experience designing user interface components, specifically.
•Track record of working closely with subject matter experts to product on-brand user-facing experiences.
•Comfortable working with engineers and speaking (or at least learning) their language
•Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator.
•Excellent verbal and written English skills.
•Figma/Sketch experience required
•A strong portfolio demonstrating craft and collaborative process.
