In-depth knowledge of retail landscape for D365 F&O Retail, CDX, MPOS, Integration, QA and Support
Technically skilled to bug fixes, root cause analysis, Resolve incidents, service requests
Analyze issues and identify root cause and Coordinate with Microsoft Support and Fast track team
Oversee Dev ops activities and Quality assurance
Coordinate with UPS stake holders for Proactive planning
Participate in day-to-day issues regarding support delivery
Validation of technical solution to ensure that it addresses functional needs
UAT support for business users
