Plan, develop, and coordinate the partnership agreements to
ensure activities at all levels are carried out, resolve
problems encountered, and determine the need for renegotiation.
Address questions, concerns and issues related to current and
potential partners and stakeholders.
Establish partnership agreements with federal, tribal, state and
local governments, and/or local businesses and community groups
to develop specific strategies to eliminate enumeration barriers
in specific regions in support of the Decennial Census.
Develop presentations, give briefings, conduct meetings and
promote partnerships with various governments, local businesses
and community groups.
Speak Farsi in order to make and answer calls that may come from
the Persian population and organizations that service
the Persian community in the Area Census Office geographical
area.
Present information to audiences that predominately speak Farsi
and translate and develop targeted informational and promotional
materials from Farsi to English, and English to Farsi when
necessary.

information or procedures to others at briefings, meetings or
conferences. Experience providing instructions and helping
customers, clients, or members of the public in writing or by

OREDUCATION: One full year of graduate level education OR superior
academic achievement. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge,

EXPERIENCE: For the GG-09, you must have one year of specialized
experience equivalent to the grade 07 level in the Federal service.
Experience for this position includes, assisting with planning,
implementing, and evaluating the goals and objectives of nationwide
and regional outreach. Experience assisting with communication
principles, methods, and techniques for the development of campaigns
and experience assisting with editing and explaining technical
material for targeted audience. Experience interacting and dealing
with the public, including media, state, and local government

years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to
