Job Summary Under limited supervision, responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of the application(s) which enables QTC’s examiners to complete high quality medical reports within contractual time frames. This role is also responsible for mentoring new level II/I team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides technical leadership
Supports gathering business requirements for form creation/modifications
Collaborates with internal and external (technical and nontechnical) entities to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems or escalate to the appropriate group
Recommends solutions to improve quality, timeliness, and/or customer service
Collaborates with organizational leaders to implement solutions based on business needs
Ensures documentation is organized, accurate, and complete
Provide technical training and development of level I/II team members
Creates electronic forms and rules to ensure a high quality output
Ensures adequate testing of all changes and reports issues stemming from application bugs or design
Responds to internal and external customer inquiries about the application or its content
Performs other duties as assigned
