Join a project team in the midst of financial transformation initiatives and help manage cutover activities
Utilize strong program management background and SAP finance expertise to effectively drive team to successful delivery quickly and effectively
Responsible for anchoring all initiatives of SAP project management which would include providing overarching and detailed project plan for the implementation and rollout projects.
Review of Design, Analysis, Project Schedules, manage the milestones and the deliverables of the project, Team Management, ensuring optimum utilization of resources and complete delivery within budget and transitioning - sustaining production support activities,
Lead and drive the governance meetings, Gate reviews, blue print workshops with the client
Responsible for proactively identifying the project risks, issues and plan for mitigating the same in consultation with delivery leaders, Solution architecture, COE teams, SAP etc.,
Responsible with the delivery leaders of the organization in providing the accurate revenue forecast based on the project milestones, ensure that the billing instructions are given to the backend teams for timely revenue recognition
Responsible for the design, costing and delivery of solutions for projects and proposals to the required quality standards and structured methodologies.
To provide specialist direction, control and guidance to the Solution project team in order to meet project deliverables.
To develop and maintain effective relationships with client organizations to facilitate the undertaking of assignments.
Specify and deliver solutions for Business Services proposals and accounts in order to meet client business requirements.
Assist in the monitoring, reviewing and reporting of costs to cost center owner to ensure adherence to the project budget.
Skills:
Should be familiar with the SAP consulting for manufacturing, logistics and the finance process
Aware of the SAP roadmap for Financial initiatives and cutover activities
Should be very strong in stake holder management and should have worked closely with the senior executives of the client organizations as part of the earlier implementation projects
SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, Project Management tools like MS projects, Agile methodology, Devops etc.,
Stakeholder management, excellent communication and presentation skills
Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
Good analytical and problem solving capability.
Familiarity with the US automobile industries statutory requirements from IT implementation perspective
Follow best practices for developing applications and services.
Develop quality solutions and deliver it on time.
Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
