This company is a life insurance policy company that is looking to hire on a SRE Engineer. This is a fully remote, full-time position. They are a platform that handles digital media that helps make life insurance easier for millions of customers the opportunities to sign up for these policies over the computer. This computer software will help millions answer a few questions online to then receive a quote instantly. You will be responsible for maintaining and making sure all the data is up to date in their web app. They would love someone to have the experience of working with Google Cloud Platform, but AWS or Azure is always acceptable. You will be working on cloud infrastructure projects, automating cloud infrastructure via tools like Terraform. You will also be evaluated, design and implement solutions for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and DevOps productivity. You will be responsible for ensuring that collaborate with product engineers to identify observability/configurability gaps and make code-level improvements. You will also be creating tooling to improve the developer experience, enabling them to deliver business value faster and more effectively. Managing runbooks for incident responses and measure operational performance and make gradual improvements. Do you think you are the right person for the job?
