Qualifications
  • 10 + years in a software consultancy environment, with multi-discipline experience in any combination of Project/Account Management, Operations, and/or Sales
  • Financial services experience is mandatory
  • Experience

    securing Master Service Agreements (MSA) and SOW with customers
  • Team management and business development experience
  • IT/Technology Project Management (PM) expertise
  • Experience with

    Agile/SCRUM/Kanban and as both a

    Scrum Master and

    Product Owner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Business Knowledge and Analysis the ability to understand and analyze business issues and trends along with their industry and customer implications.
  • Account Planning –

    the ability to develop a strategic account plan and then forecast, implement and review financial and people resources to achieve the planned objectives in line with the company's strategic plans; define intermediate goals and contingencies
  • Technological Proficiency – the ability to understand and apply technology/solutions to provide customers with a competitive advantage.

Responsibilities
  • New Business Development with Customers
  • Broaden and advance the company’s relationship with customers
  • Position the company as the “value added” solution provider of choice with the customer’s senior management
  • Assess resource levels and make recommendations and justify resource changes
  • Plan, document, implement and improve internal processes related to the PM function and customer satisfaction in general.
  • Escalation Addressing complex customer requests or requirements that cannot be handled individually by Program Managers or require senior-level attention.
  • Experience with working with teams spread across geographical locations. May include odd-hour teleconferences with global facilities.
  • Provides regular progress reports to Project Stakeholders. Consolidates and analyzes the status of project plans, financials, deliverables, milestones, issues, and risks affecting projects.
  • Conducts After Action Reviews, provides constructive performance feedback, and captures/shares lessons learned as needed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepares clear, accurate project documentation, including project plan, status report, budgets, and resource requests/assignments.
  • Distills complex information into clear, concise, and actionable information needed to aid team decision-making.
  • Understands the customer’s business. Can speak to the scope of projects including the financial and strategic benefit to the organization.
  • Understands the priorities of the organization and how they relate to program activities and goals
