Job Description

Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time Account Manager for its Sales Operations department. This individual will report to the Manager, Sales Operations, and will be responsible for managing customer relations by providing excellent customer service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage customer accounts with the highest volume and visibility
  • Provide excellent customer service both internal and external
  • Monitor customer performance and proactively work to resolve issues
  • Audit customer purchase orders for accuracy of all data fields
  • Provide recommendations to customers and sales managers to improve order accuracy and timeliness.
  • Order entry with exceptional attention to detail (error-free work product)
  • Work closely with inventory and manufacturing, to understand material availability for order fulfillment
  • Partner with sales analyst to identify potential stock level issues and provide recommendations based on information received from Inventory and Manufacturing.
  • Overlook all special pallets, PDQ Trays, and/or promotions for item set up in customer portals and proactively provide inventory availability and ship schedules.
  • Coordinate RA requests based on customer status
  • Proactively provide information to Credit to avoid or reduce chargebacks
  • Process monthly price protections and/or account specific mark downs
  • Understands how daily activities impact department metrics and overall company performance
  • Assists Sales Operations Manager in compiling reports on customer-specific and department metrics
  • Act as backup for other team members’ accounts, monitor account specific issues for these customers
  • Special projects as assigned by department manager

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years account management experience, both retail and distributors
  • Knowledge of sales, manufacturing, and logistics functions
  • Experience with special in store promotions, i.e. Pallets, PDQ Trays, Product Displays, etc.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multi task in a fast-paced open work environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • PeopleSoft 9 experience required
  • Ability to understand how departmental goals and functions support overall company success
