Strong experience in implementing Appian Projects, API/microservice integration
Experience with solution design, package deployment, and solution roll-out
Strong interpersonal / communication skills to lead and effectively engage stakeholders across multi-discipline to conceptualize best-fit solutions from available technical options.
Be able to clearly articulate pros and cons and lead the team to the right solution options.
Holds L2 Appian certification
BPM Software: Appian BPM Suite (20x and above)
Databases: MS SQL
Languages: Java, .Net (Nice to know)
Responsibilities: As part of the current scope of the project, the Developer will be responsible for analysis, coordination with cross-functional team members, development, testing and deployment to staging servers. Requirement analysis & Solution Design (30%):
Work closely with the client team to understand, conduct impact analysis and prepare technical user story required for the development.
Participate in analysis, design, and new development of Appian based applications
Create High-Level Design Documents meeting client requirements, standards and follow best practices
Create and maintain Appian/data architecture involving process models, data definitions
Solution Development and Implementation (50%):
Design and code program components, API/Microservices to integration.
Conduct code and design review ensure quality, enforce best practices and resolve technical blockers
Collaborate closely with customer technical stakeholders (architects, Security, Network/AIMS) to setup environment configuration, and manage deployment to NPE servers following customer policies and guidelines
Prepare Test plans and test cases. Conduct integration testing to ensure application/API meets design expectations and facilitate UAT testing
Test changes to a user interface, application functionality, and database access as required by the client organization.
Support data migration, loading, and conversions between data stores.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents/problems and outages of production environments. Conduct root-cause analysis and respond promptly to incidents and escalate when appropriate.
Project Coordination and Delivery (20%):
Coordination with scrum manager to complete development per agreed schedule. Assist with getting requirement clarification, solving technical blockers, and prepare work artifacts
Communicate with Customer Manager and stakeholders, hold demo /presentation and front-end discussion with customer technical stakeholders
Coordinate closely with other consultants to ensure proper implementation of program and system specifications.
