Job Description: Responsibilities
- We are looking for a strong Business Analyst/Project Manager who is resourceful, action-oriented with the ability to get things done and overcome obstacles. They will work across these areas/teams:Business Support
- Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks
- Respond to bespoke data requests from key stakeholders
- Implement and triage change requests in business logic or data issuesTechnology Infrastructure / Operations
- Become a subject matter expert on the functionality of the core tools.
- Monitor functionality of existing platform and identify bugs to internal tools product team for support.
- Update / adjust any Infrastructure to ensure continued tool performance / stability.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts - identify and communicate risks and adjustments to the overall program.
- Review operational issues and determine if a technology solution is required or a process correction needs to be made.Internal Tools Enablement
- Work with cross-functional tooling stakeholders and product teams to create training materials for existing and new functionality for data scientist, sales leader, and sales agent point of view.
- Work with central analytical teams to ensure proper implementation of dashboards, data, and user access.
- Hold Office Hours for specific tool support questions not handled scalably.Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years work experience in Project Management with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value using technology solutions in the high-tech operations space.
- Proven project management and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail. Able to coordinate between multiple stakeholders and deliver project on-time.
- Must be proactive with proven ability to execute on multiple tasks simultaneously, "rolling up the sleeves" in order to accomplish all necessary tasks.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and business-oriented stakeholders across the organization globally.
- Education: Bachelors degree in MIS, computer science, systems engineering, business, or a related fieldPreferred Qualifications
- Past experience in business analytics or data engineering a plus
- Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and data pipeline and visualization tools
