Departments within project development include Budgeting, Estimating, and Purchasing.Responsibilities:Soliciting and providing preliminary evaluations of subcontractor bids
Performing quantity takeoffs
Performing scoping of bid packages
Participating in the development of project budgets and estimates
Project ManagementWorking in project management gives you an understanding of the day-to-day and long-term business and financial management associated with construction projects.Responsibilities:Administering subcontracts
Managing the submittals process
Tracking change orders
Managing project subcontractors and suppliers
Field Engineering & Field SupervisionEngineers in a field role help to lay the groundwork for projects and coordinate the “nuts and bolts” of work on site.Responsibilities:Monitoring tradework with emphasis on quality of work and safety
Assisting with schedule management
Providing layout for excavation, sheeting, and shoring
Producing and maintaining an accurate record set of field calculations and measurements
Business OperationsThe size and breadth of the Clark organization provides the opportunity for a variety of different assignments beyond the jobsite. Many corporate departments work along with the project delivery and development teams to further develop our competitive advantage as a market leader.Potential roles include opportunities in departments such as Virtual Design & Construction, Research & Development, Scheduling, Safety, Sustainability, Talent Management, Finance, and more.CompensationThe hourly range for this position is $18-30/hr.
