Minimum Qualifications:
• Proven track record of day-to-day operational support using content management systems, RedDot/OpentText and Drupal 8 preferred.
• Proven track record of understanding content production, design, and the benefits of its user-needs approach.
• Proven track record writing and editing content for the web.
• Proven track record delivering web content on-time, on-budget with a high degree of user satisfaction and quality.
• Proven track record of analytical capabilities and the ability to breakdown complex ideas into manageable pieces.
• Proven track record of content creation and publication; Excellent web writing skills, based on user needs.
• Proven track record of written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record organizing and coordinating multiple work activities.
• Proven track record at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Excellent understanding of UX, UI Design, and web analysis, with an emphasis on user research
• Excellent understanding of information architecture, taxonomy, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience with Web, HTML, Bootstrap, and other coding languages a plus
• Experienced managing web content requests, preferably through an inbox or other sources.
• Experienced with publishing workflows, archiving and content maintenance.
• Experienced working on content analyses and design, developing content project plans, and providing liaison between business units and Web developers.
• Experienced with enterprise wide content strategy, production initiatives, and implementations.
• Experienced developing useful, usable content, detailed content analysis reports, and working within digital service content standards.
• Experienced working with project schedules, identifying deliverables, milestones, and timelines for assigned projects.
• Experienced identifying and exploring new or alternate technologies, as assigned. Ability to seek opportunities for innovation by following trends and developments in the areas of web content and user experience.
• Ability to develop mock-ups, wireframes, with content organization skills to meet business needs and objectives.
• Ability to assess and evaluate situations and identify creative problem-solving solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing.
• Great understanding of web analytics, metadata and SEO.
• Great inter-personal skills, flexible can-do attitude, and drive for continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project, and Visio
• Familiar with agile project management methodologies.
• Familiar with research, quantitative and qualitative data skills, with expertise in usability studies, including the facilitation of user testing, interviews, surveys, and other research methodologies.
• Knowledge of digital government and digital government strategies.
• Knowledge of web technologies, front-end development, and back-end development
• Knowledge of web analytics, metadata, and SEO.
• Ability to identify and evaluate alternative solutions, costs and benefits.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams, in fast-paced, agile, collaborative environment
• Confidence explaining decisions, analyses and recommendations to stakeholders of varying levels of seniority and digital content knowledge.
• Great inter-personal skills, flexible can-do attitude, and drive for continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver.
• Proficiency with prototyping tools, Figma preferred.

Additional Qualifications:
• Recent experience within government agencies or public-sector bodies with projects of a similar type.
• Experience in leading multiple work groups simultaneously
• Experience with Web, HTML, Bootstrap, and other coding languages
• Equivalent to possession of a bachelor’s degree, preferably with major course work in design, UX Design, web analysis, and content strategy.
