DescriptionJob summaryWould you like to be part of a team focused on increasing the adoption of CloudFront (AWS-CDN), Perimeter Protection & Global Accelerator services for the Global enterprise segment? Do you have the business savvy and technical background necessary to help establish Amazon as a key CDN and security provider?As a Principal Enterprise Edge Sales Specialist for Enterprise segment, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging CDN and Perimeter Protection services technology (WAF/Shield Advanced).Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise gaming accounts. You will posses both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects.You should also be a self starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.Expect moderate travel.Our team is dedicated to supporting new members. 5+ years direct field experience working with enterprise accounts.

BA/BS degree required or equivalent work experience

5+ years direct field experience in selling CDN and/or Security products or services

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSA technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus

Extensive customer network

Strong verbal and written communications

Strong leadership skills, outcome oriented thinking
