Role: Informatics Project Manager/Coordinator (Contract) Location: San Francisco, Ca ( HYBRID) Type: 12 months+
Project Management
Coordinating, scheduling, and hosting meetings
Maintain project timelines, charter, risk assessments, and goals in a dynamic environment.
Maintain document organization for the project.
Developing and implementing of project plans and roadmaps
Maintain necessary meeting minutes, decisions, and action items for all meetings.
Follow up on items that require resolution with all relevant stakeholders.
Work with the team, product owner, and scrum master to reach team goals in an agile fashion.
Maintain designated stakeholder communication channels (slack, gsites, etc)
Assist with the organization and creation of training materials and documentation.
Assist with prioritization and organization of the product backlog.
Assist with the prioritization of bugs, enhancements, and other requirements based on user feedback.
Identify and relate opportunities and roadblocks to manager
Skills / Tools
Google Suite (gCal for complex scheduling, gSheets, gDocs) is a must
Experience with project management tools and systems for clearly tracking/reporting business processes, especially Jira and Smartsheet.

Education and Experience
