The Program manager will be involved in every aspect of our projects, ensuring that our efforts are planned, executed and shared efficiently and seamlessly. You will work very closely with designers, engineers and researchers to bring out the best. The right collaborations are happening and the highest quality work is being shared.
Core Competencies:
• Define project short-term and long-term goals with excellent communication skills: writing/speaking
• Close management support project administration with a Project Lead/Manager/Designer/Head of E&I
• Project collaboration discussion and consultation with internal and external teams: finance, HR, legal, design, R&D, HW/SW, procurement
• Legal consultation with internal legal team/system
• Project management support with internal team/system in registration and closure
• Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and budget
Essential Functions:
• Work the program management process, including contracts, program organization, resourcing, plan development, scope management and risk mitigation
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with Samsung business goals
• Build meaningful cross functional relationship with teams, both inside and outside of Samsung
• Proactively and clearly communicate status, risks, and issues internally and with stakeholders
• Maintain appropriate program documentation related to deliverables, schedule, and budget
• Aid in the ongoing evolution of the Program Management discipline within E&I
• Enable Samsung teams to do the best work of their career
