Job Description

  • Develop engagement strategies for two important audience segments of our marketing strategy: our people (employees) and our followers on social media.
  • Plan, write, edit, and post content to Razorfish’s internal collaboration platforms and social media channels, including ongoing content development and measurement.
  • Execute internal communication plans in partnership with other internal functions, including the executive leadership team, human resources, learning and development, discipline leadership, and regional business leadership.
  • Facilitate dialogue and feedback collection internally, ensuring feedback collection and two-way dialogue.
  • Communicate organizational initiatives, events, and stories to our people across a variety of internal channels (events, email, intranet, online communities, news, video and more).
  • Maintain a listening strategy and respond to feedback, adjusting communications accordingly in support of reputational goals.
  • Work collaboratively on engaging corporate projects and campaigns that span executive communications, business strategy, learning and development, diversity & inclusion, HR, and recognition.

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies alongside managers.
  • Draft key messages for target audiences and help curate content for projects.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in English, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing or communications experience
  • Strong verbal, editorial, and writing skills
  • Creative thinking is a MUST—able to voice fresh ideas and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail
  • Entrepreneurial, accountable, passionate, progressive, and kind
