Job Details
Responsibilities:
Work closely with a small group of passionate engineers, designers, product managers and domain experts
Design, build, and lead impactful technical solutions and own them through the entire development lifecycle
Communicate your ideas to invite feedback and build consensus
Write high quality, maintainable code
Support and challenge yourself and your peers to continuously improve engineering skills and practices
You should know some of the following:
Frontend experience: open to anything React, Angular, Vue, etc. (team is currently using Angular v.13)
Typescript
Backend experience
Experience building mobile and web applications
Deep knowledge of how web applications work including HTTP, DNS, caching, authentication, session management and best practices
Understanding of client side state management, and how to employ reactive programming to reduce complexity
Understanding of the unique challenges of mobile development (intermittent connectivity, push notifications, device/OS fragmentation etc)
Experience in a regulated software environment e.g. medical device, aerospace, defense, automotive is a plus
