Manage to assigned budget. Focus on day to day operational efficiencies and procedures.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDelivers complex high end custom builds
Gathers information on all exhibits for events assigned by DOEO
Participates/Initiates or Schedules initial operations/production launch with BDM/CSM
Works with fabrication facility concerning build costs and monitors against budget
Manages all showsite services including 3rd party requirements
Creates Exhibits Production Schedule for individual exhibits and exhibits as a whole on the event with the Supervisor
Plans and reviews logistics with all departments
Assigns individual exhibits to Exhibits Supervisors
Creates labor plan with supervisor for showsite install and dismantle
Responsible for Supervisors entering all projected labor into the LBT on assigned shows.
Schedules exhibit transportation inbound and outbound as needed, utilizing FET when possible
Works with DOEO and Planner Coordinator to track actual costs against budgeted costs
Reviews with supervisors, all on-site equipment, special needs and tools required
Monitor on-site progress of the entire events exhibits to ensure we are exceeding client expectations
Schedules and leads exhibits daily production meetings with Exhibitor Sales
Ensures we meet turn-over expectations of exhibits to clients
Resolves all issues on site
Plans and manages dismantle with supervisors
Prices nominal showsite change orders and looks for other revenue generating opportunities
Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree preferred
6 or more years supervisory experience managing employees, budgets, and operations
