It all begins with you.This Digital Consultant 4 position will be the Product Owner for the Public Site Foundations Agile Team. The Product Owner owns and prioritizes the Agile Team backlog. Negotiates and socializes with partners and stakeholders; is the voice of the Customer for the Team. Sets product vision and goals, and works directly with stakeholders to align on time lines and expectations. Collaborates with Team of Teams (ToT) Product manager with prioritization and measurability, of executed Epics and Features.The ideal candidate:Embraces a Lean-Agile Mindset and creates a healthy environment that fosters data driven decisions and collaboration

Collaborates effectively with other stakeholders and interdependent groups

Scope of Responsibility:

Sets product vision, goals and road-map for scrum-originated work

Demonstrates product expertise and industry/competitor offerings

Communicates, collaborates and negotiates with key stakeholders (Product Managers, business groups and control groups)

Drives the requirements and vision for the customer/product/capability experience in conjunction with other scrum resources

Responsible for building, editing, maintaining, prioritizing, and refining the Team backlog with input from other stakeholders, prepares for Sprint Planning, including coordinating dependencies with other Product Owners

Collaborates with the Agile Team to detail stories with acceptance criteria and examples in the form of acceptance tests

Monitors and measures progress on User Story delivery

Pressure tests iteration plans & scope

Accepts User Stories that comply with the Definition of Done, assuring a level of quality, focusing primarily on fitness for use

Accountable for Scrum Team Deliverables & measurable objectives.

Reviews measures/metrics to measure value and identify opportunities for improvement

Drives requirements for the customer/product/capability in partnership with Agile Team

Understand the scope of upcoming enabler work and collaborates with the ToT to assist with decision-making and sequencing of critical technological infrastructures that support the new business functionality

Reviews iteration WIP, demos the product to core stakeholders, and accepts from customer, functional & non-functional aspects

Ensures implementations meet all ADA, Legal, Risk and Compliance requirements

Required Qualifications6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired QualificationsA BS/BA degree or higher

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Financial services industry experience

Strong negotiation and leadership abilities

Ability to operate effectively in a geographically dispersed organization

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Other Desired Qualifications5+ years of digital product management experience

2+ years of Agile Scrum experience

CMS ( Contact Management System) expertise

Accessibility experience and knowledge of WCAG 2.0 and other accessibility guidelines and standards

Ability to manage scrum backlog and competing priorities in a cross-functional environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
