Turner & Townsend are engaged with one of the largest Technology companies to support their global Data Center program. We are seeking the ideal Scheduler / Planner to act as the day-to-day interface with the client and drive large Data Center projects to achieve excellent outcomes. You have a chance to be a key player in our technological future, as part of a team of innovative professionals shaping our built environment.
The Scheduler / Planner should have a minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to both review and aid the planning of 3rd Party construction schedules as well as to integrate construction schedules into a master schedule for the global program of plan mission critical facilities. This includes new-builds and retrofits to existing /operating facilities.
The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding and proven experience in scheduling best practices, resource & cost loaded scheduling, overall construction project controls as well as the interpersonal skills to be able to work closely with the internal stakeholders of the project team on a daily basis.
The Scheduler / Planner will take responsibility for end to end service delivery and to act as key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value added service. To be successful in this role you must have great communication skills and be comfortable operating in a client-facing role.
