Seeking an experienced Workday Program Manager to lead the Data Conversion & Integration workstreams as well as support other technical workstreams across our large scale/transformational Workday program.
In this role, you will work closely with the Business Technology, Employee Success Partners, Vendors, and other team members to manage the workstreams from initiation through execution and delivery.
This seasoned Workday program management professional will have a deep Workday implementation background for large global companies and significant experience with playing a lead role support many tracks within a broader technical scope.
Responsibilities
Lead the successful implementation of minimally two workstreams of our large scale, transformation programs within the Workday project
Manage the business outcome accomplishments by facilitating the definition of workstream objectives, success criteria, scope, governance, schedule, and budget
In partnership with Employee Success program management, execute effective program management processes, structure, roles, and responsibilities to the successful delivery of business objectives for the reporting and security workstreams and overall project impacts
Communicate with project leadership for updates, milestone achievements, and potential risks for mitigation. Collaborate with Employee Success program management for all communications.
Manage the data conversion and integration project workstreams, providing technology and methodology leadership, ensuring the delivery of innovative and impactive Workday solutions.
Has the capability to lean in to other technical workstreams like security, reporting and testing.
Effectively can manage highly complex environment, can manage stakeholders, remove blockers and mitigate project risks maximizing team productivity and ensuring delivery
Required Skills:
7+ plus years of project management or related experience
Successfully led at least 3+ Workday HCM enterprise-level cross-functional transformational global programs in the PM, HCM, Technical lead space.
Ability to understand the configuration and related system business processes
Has supported HR Technology implementation programs as either part of an HR or IT organization
