Job Description:
Contract Length: Extend on a quarterly basis-team is always trying to plug good talent into other opportunities and utilize contractors for full tenure if possible Location: Can sit anywhere in the U.S right now but majority of the team works PST hours, so although preferred, that won''t be required, just so long as they''re able to dedicate the time to get the work done. It''s possible there will be occasional meetings centered around PST time, but the team is understanding of the different timezones and do their best to be accommodating. Then once we have confirmation on the return to office, the team will assess which office might be a location they can work out of/ if they''ll be able to maintain fully remote just travel occasionally. Until we have confirmation on when the office return is, that will be up in the air but there will be sufficient notice before returning to office to ensure all are able decide next steps

Manager Notes:
Experience leading cross-media creative programs (TV, Digital, Social) mandatory Experience with global work (some exp. outside US) preferred As for level, there is some flexibility - anything between Acct Supervisor and VP/SVP on the agency side would be acceptable as long as they are a good fit
Summary:
The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.
Job Responsibilities:
•Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
•Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
•Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
•Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
•Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
•Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
•Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.
•Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
Skills:
•Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
•Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
•Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
•Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
•Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
•Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Education/Experience:
•Bachelor''s degree in business administration or a related field.
•PMI or PMP certification preferred.
