PagerDuty is seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our Growth Sales team. In this role, you will report to the Regional Vice President of Sales. As a Regional Director you will be focused on recruitment, enablement and execution for the Enterprise Sales team. You will drive revenue growth, expanding market share, fostering customer success of the Enterprise business (Global 2000 / $500M+ Revenue). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams, driving customer acquisition, and exceeding revenue targets.
