Job Description:
The Sales Force Technical Program Manager will perform the following activities, including (but not limited to):
Minimum 7 years of experience in senior project/program management roles with proven experience in leading complex projects for Business Intelligence, Sales, or Customer
Success business functions
Ability to balance a program workload and staffing according to project/program and organizational priorities and goals
Developing complete & thorough project plan and associated communication documents
Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner
Developing and delivering progress reports, requirements, risks, and other program management office (PMO) methodology documentation
Facilitating status meetings with project stakeholders
Excellent knowledge on Supply Chain processes typically related to the Retail industry.
Good experience implementing Salesforce Integrations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
Strong program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects
Excellent leadership, people and communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups
