Overview

PK, the experience engineering firm, actively looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Consultant. The Senior Digital Marketing Consultant is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for integrated marketing strategy and execution workstreams.

This role is responsible for coordination and execution of projects in the following areas:

Digital marketing strategy

  • Work with business strategy teams and marketing teams to develop an integrated, multi-channel digital marketing strategy for specific events including product launches, rewards program launches, app updates, etc.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing subject matter experts to align processes for audience planning, keyword analysis, opportunity assessment, tagging and tracking/analytics, paid media, SEO, marketing automation/CRM, and content strategy and production work.

Client Management
  • Provide strategic lens for managed accounts, helping to ensure that marketing programs are delivering business value, innovating with creative and technology, and are fully aligned with business direction.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships with high-value consulting and business acumen to generate increased scopes of work and business.


Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients on business issues and drive actionable insights with tangible business outcomes to create value.
  • Plan, create, and execute workshops and structured meetings to develop a clear understanding of clients' business objectives and challenges.
  • Understand client's business requirements and translate them into strategic roadmap and technical requirements.
  • Manage a group of clients with multiple cross channel digital strategies.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, keeping in mind their level of maturity, capabilities, constraints, pain points, and provide timely and effective responses to all client questions.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and recommend new tactics, tools, methods and regulatory compliance efforts (GDPR, CCPA, Can-Spam, HIPAA, COPA, FERPA, etc.)
  • Provide day-to-day support in execution in measurement strategies, implementation projects, executing deliverables, managing budgets, analysing results, and reporting and communicating to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver top quality proposals and presentations to clients to demonstrate progress, ensuring that documentation and presentation material follows all company guidelines.
  • Support new client acquisition efforts with high-level analysis, implementation roadmaps, management estimates, and case studies.
  • Active participation in business development efforts is expected.
  • Seek out and execute on opportunities to promote thought leadership - case studies, white papers, blog posts, speaking at conferences/events, award submissions, etc.
  • Ensure account processes and documentation are developed and maintained for each client to support team transitions and backup, and client transitions.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to team members and participate in annual performance reviews.
  • Identify growth needs in team members and help develop professional development plans.
  • Assist with planning team size and operating budget; work with recruiters to target candidates for open positions; interview and help onboard.
  • With the group manager, help shape practice offering to ensure it has market value and competitiveness.


Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience managing integrated digital marketing in an agency or multi-client organization.
  • Demonstrated experience with a wide range of MarTech including in all marketing areas: CRM/Marketing Automation, SEO, Paid Media, Analytics, and Content Marketing. The successful candidate will have hands on experience with at least one technology in each channel. Technologies would ideally include Adobe Analytics & Adobe Launch, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, Google AdWords, SEM Rush, Moz, BrightEdge, Conductor, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and measure test-and-learn/AB testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and measure the impact of personalization activities/1:1 marketing.
  • Understanding of key measures of digital marketing (website, email, display, mobile app) engagement and how to identify issues within business context.
  • Understanding of different attribution models and methods, their purposes and limitations.
  • Continuous learning mindset, analytical thinker, and problem solver.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent consulting skills - think on your feet, crisp speaking/communication, ability to present insights backed by data and sell in ideas to internal and client teams, focus on client success.
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written, with demonstrated ability to pull out insights, explain, and build cases in support of strategies, budget allocation, and KPIs.
  • Expert proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • Experience working with remote teams and clients.
  • Adobe Experience Cloud working experience (Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign).
  • Marketing Automation experience (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo, Oracle Responsys, Oracle Eloqua or similar).
  • Google Analytics certification (will be required within first 3 months of employment).
  • Google Marketing Platform / Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or similar is a plus.
  • Experience with ATV, CDPs, and other new/emerging marketing technologies is a plus.
