It is one of the first and most established Asia Private Equity firm that offers investment programs across the growing markets of Asia, targeting Private Equity fund managers across Asia.The Senior Fund Accountant will join a team that has 13 accountants who are highly collaborative and the company offers great mentorship. The Fund Accountant will be working on the following: Maintain Fund and GP general ledgers including, but not limited, to recording of quarterly expense, accruals and intercompany payables/receivables, investment transactions and allocations to limited partners Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements Monitor cash position for assigned Funds Assist with annual audits and tax filings Calculate, record and process Fund and Investment capital calls and distributions Interface with Investor Relations to respond to limited partner inquiries Complete various ad-hoc reports as requestedRequirementsThe ideal candidate:3+ years’ experience in Accounting/Fund Accounting (Minimum 3 yrs experience – they look heavy at resumes, so make sure there is enough detail of experience)

Open to straight out of public with some FS clients

Degree in Accounting, Business, or Econ – Big plus with strong GPA! (please send GPA information)

CPA or on their way to becoming a CPA a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
