Job Description
A leading managed service provider for Financial firms that handles IT, Windows, Networking, Firewalls, and other infrastructure needs is looking to add an IT Systems Engineer to join their team. Located in downtown San Francisco. The environment includes 95% Windows, Active Directory, O365 Email, Tier 1-3 desktop support, troubleshooting, Meraki, and Palo Alto Firewall.

Required Skills & Experience

  • People skills & client relationship.
  • JOAT
  • 95% Windows IT Support, Windows Servers, Networking (sometimes).
  • AD
  • O365 email
  • Tier 1 through 3 desktop support.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown
  • 95% Windows IT Cupport
  • 5% Mac

Daily Responsibilities
  • Your manager will assign you clients to support, and the managers usually rotate the team between different clients. Less than 5 clients.
