The company has, to date, channeled almost 9 billion dollars' worth of capital to over 200,000 small businesses across the country, and over 60% of the loans on their platform have gone to women-owned, minority, or veteran businesses!
As a senior product designer, you will lead end-to-end initiatives from research to product discover to solution design. This is an internal role focused on back-end processes, with a focus on streamlining loan financing. The ideal candidate will be experienced in service design and a strategic thinker! Required Skills & Experience
4+ years as a professional end-to-end product design experience, preferable in service design.
Experience in an agile environment.
Strong cross-functional collaborating skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Desired Skills & Experience
2+ years in fintech or a comparable complex industry such as healthcare
