Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in revenue accounting.
Preferred qualifications:5 years of experience in public accounting and operational accounting.
Experience in the consumer hardware industry and/or Emergency Response Program system implementation.
Knowledge of the U.S. GAAP, with a focus on revenue recognition (e.g., ASC 606).
Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional, fast-moving environment and to drive complex operational initiatives.
Analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to communicate effectively with management.

Prepare and present financial statements for our product area related to month-end close as well as any ad hoc requests from Financial Planning and Analysis and the business and product teams.
Identify opportunities and implement programs to centralize, eliminate, and automate activities and processes.
Partner with our team as well as engineering and business partners, as needed, to define, establish, and implement business growth accounting systems, processes, and procedures.
Review and provide feedback on agreements to ensure we are mitigating risk for Google, work through accounting implications, and confirm we can operationally support agreements.
