RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's Luxury Retail client in San Francisco, CA is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their Business Workflow Automation Team. The client wants the ability to simplify the workflow, align plans, and access insights for all associates. This role is currently remote but will be on a hybrid-model in the early months of 2022. The candidate will have the option to be based out of San Francisco, CA or Rocklin, CA.
Responsibilities:
In this role, the ServiceNow Developer will be Integrating Slack and Mirror 3 with ServiceNow, among other apps
Working with automation (tracks, Triage resolution SSH & PowerShell)
You will be part of the Business Workflow Automation team that is responsible for turning product requirements into designs, developing implementation plans, developing integrations and automated initiatives for both On-cloud and On-premise platforms
ServiceNow Developer will be at the forefront of IT operations transformation, delivering cost savings, productivity gains, and user experience improvements
This role will be executing enhancements on a multitude of existing products
Evaluate and monitor the performance of the products in the assigned product categories
REQUIREMENTS:
At least two years of experience coding ServiceNow features
Experience implementing a ServiceNow Module (event management, ITSM solutions, GRC solutions)
Familiarity with Web Services and Technologies: Core JavaScript, Web Services, Python Scripting, API's, Database-level integrations/ETL; ITIL, COBIT, IT4IT, are a plus
Currently using ServiceNow Quebec or Rome
Previous experience developing or working on any of the following:
Service management framework
Workflows
Integrations
Tool capabilities
Portals
Discovery
Knowledgeable of runbook/orchestration automation
Proven experience as a key technical resource contributing on the development of solutions in client environment
Strong customer-centric attitude, with strong interpersonal skills
An experienced problem solver and a proven team player
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
