Salesforce.com seeks a Software Engineering MTS at our San Francisco, CA office located at 415 Mission Street, 94105. The individual could also be placed at 123 Mission Street, 350 Mission Street, 50 Fremont Street, all Salesforce office space, all within walking distance of 415 Mission. 1 position is available on this team. Duties: Build and optimize performance of jobs, processing petabytes of data. Build real-time data processing pipelines. Enable and implement Data Science workflows and advanced machine learning algorithms. Build data pipeline orchestration using AWS data pipeline and other AWS services. Build and maintain libraries to abstract away complexity. Serve as expert in current and emerging technologies and tools. Contribute to Open Source solutions and communities.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or three (3) years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or five (5) years of experience in the job offered. Required Skills: (1) Java; (2) Python; (3) Golang; (4) JavaScript; (5) Distributed Systems; (6) Eclipse; (7) Git; (8) DataFlow; (9) AWS; (10) MapReduce. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Education, experience and criminal background checks will be conducted.
Salary: $159,120.00 per year
40 hrs per week
M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
