Influence senior leadership to implement strategic and programmatic controls across a broad portfolio of work to enhance controllership.
Manage important complex, transformation projects with regard to scope, schedule, resources and budget. Offer program management services (project analysis, execution, delivery) for financial business applications around business controllership, compliance, statutory audit support, and organization-wide controllership initiatives.
Modernize the finance functions by consulting with internal and external teams to understand strategy and goals, create strategies and blueprints that use machine learning to improve operations and refine processes
Strong PM Skills (CSM, PMP certification prefer)
Strong Change Management & Communication skills (PROSCI certified, prefer)
Preferably from consulting background
Understands Agile, Scrum methodologies
Can run effective stakeholder meetings (STEERCO), comfortable working with c suite
Atleast 18 years of overall IT experience
