Tableau BI Lead DeveloperSFO CALong TermRequirement· Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline.· 10+ Years of IT experience with last 5+ years in Tableau/SQL development.· Build and publish customized interactive Tableau reports and dashboards along with data refresh scheduling using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.· Ability to make right graph choices, use of data blending feature, Connect to several DB technologies, In depth knowledge of Tableau access control & embedding visualization on webpages, Tableau Web Connector extra· Pharmaceutical Commercial and Sales Operations group, including insights around Sales (Demand vs Forecast, Normalized Units), Channel Performance, Inventory (Days on Hand, Channel vs Warehouse), Calls (Reach, Frequency, Adherence)· Processes & data related to Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Market Access etc. (e.g. Direct Sales, Self-Dispensing Pharmacy, Competitor Sales, Prescription, Shipment, Distribution Channel, CRM, Incentive Program, Physician Affiliations, Pricing decisions, Payer contracts, Speaker Program, etc.).· Knowledge of applications related to Commercial organization (e.g. IMS, SPP, SD, Direct Sales, Self-Dispensing Pharmacy, Shipment, Veeva, Speaker Program, SAS, etc.).· Must stay up to date on new and coming visualization technologies· Able to explore options and suggest new solution and visualization techniques to the customer.· Create Tableau Scorecards, Dashboards using stack bars, bar graphs, scattered plots, geographical maps, line/pie graphs, and charts.· Document and analyze current and future business process models· Document and analyze requirements, scope, business rules (use cases) and user stories for any requests.· Ability to make right graph choices, use of data blending feature, Connect to several DB technologies, In depth knowledge of Tableau access control & embedding visualization on webpages, Tableau Web Connector extra· Create Tableau Scorecards, Dashboards using stack bars, bar graphs, scattered plots, geographical maps, line/pie graphs, and charts.· Work closely with Project Manager / Scrum Master, Technical Lead, Developers, Software Quality Assurance to accomplish a successful project delivery, focused on Minimum Viable Product (MVP)· Partner w/dev team and support the documentation like system and data flows. · Define Agile structures and apply Agile principles (Themes, Epics, User Stories, etc.)
