Job Description:
Strong Delivery manager with exposure to
Agile Delivery managing multiple concurrent sprints
Experience in Data migration
Experience in Analytics using Informatica or Python
Experience in Snowflake/RDS/Big Query
Should have managed 30+ people
Should have had client facing experience
Should have driven innovation and automation initiatives
Technical Skills:
Should have exposure to Java/.Net/Cloud/ or any one of major tech platforms
Should have database exposure
Should be familiar with automation
Process Skills:
Delivery management process
Contract management process
People development processes
Strong analytical thinking and excellent troubleshooting
Familiarity with SDLC and Change Control processes
Strong customer service skills
Behavioral Skills:
Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects
Must exercise a reasonable amount of independent judgment under a minimum of supervision
Ability to work in an offshore/onsite model with continuous and regular communication
