As a Technical Project Manager you will engage with a mix of cross-disciplinary roles within the organization designing and delivering projects from prototype to platform scale. There will be many opportunities to interact with various teams across the company. A successful technical project manager will have the passion for rapid prototyping and organization.

• Plan, initiate, manage, and report major WishX engineering projects
• Develop a solid understanding of our business
• Gather user requirements, and alignment among product managers and engineering teams
• Engage external partners and stakeholders for dependency tracking and requirements gathering
• Manage project communication with stakeholders, including periodic reporting, and creating company wide visibility at all leadership levels
  

Qualifications

• Strong verbal andwritten communication pluspresentation skills

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical project/program management

• 5+ years of experience working directly with various engineering teams

• Prior experience in building microservice architecture for consumer facing products

• Experience writing SQL queries to pull out data when necessary

• Ability to demonstrate and make data driven decisions

• System design experience

• Startup experience

• Ability to cross engage with technical and business teams effectively managing expectations

• Ability to optimize on product market fit

• Ability to translate business strategies into actionable technical solutions
