We are looking for a Product Manager to create new products and features, from the idea stage to launch, working closely with designers, analysts, engineers, product managers, and testers.
In this role, their responsibilities would include a mix of project management and quality assurance.
As a liaison between development and product teams, they will refine product requirements, focusing on maintaining quality from a user-experience perspective and a technical point of view.
The ideal candidate for this job will be someone who has an engineering or computer science background but is more interested in the product as a career to combine their creative and tech interests with a natural attention to detail.

This position will execute overall product strategies for new and existing products, including supporting product development activities. This role will report to the Senior Product Manager, Store Experience, and focus on Store fulfillment/returns and other impactful store initiatives.
This role will be significant and exciting for a values-driven individual looking to make a tangible impact in an exciting industry and looking for hands-on experience working through all aspects of the product management process.
Ultimately, you’ll work with internal teams to build products that fill gaps in the market and increase customer satisfaction.

Remote eligible (Work PST hours)

We’re excited about you if you have:
  • A person should be able to work within cross-functional teams with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify and understand user problems related to the internal/external client and recommend practical solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the POS capabilities in-store fulfillment, replenishment, returns / reverse logistics, mobile apps, and websites.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines — excellent at prioritization, planning, task delegation, and working with peers in a cross-functional setting.
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to ferret out the simple, practical solution over the overwrought and complicated.
  • Familiarity with Agile Product Development
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, communication platforms (Slack, MS Teams, ZOOM), and other industry-standard tools.Create support and training documents for internal users
  • Experience in creating presentations and being able to distill complex content simply to a cross-functional audience
  • 4+ years experience in product management with a successful history of launching highly effective digital products
  • Experience working in a POD model is a plus.
  • BA/BS / MS. Prior experience in a retail environment or with consumer-facing products is required;
