MW Partners is currently seeking a User Experience Designer to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products. Responsibilities and duties:
Bring your collaborative superpowers and work closely with product managers, marketing, engineering,
and SEO specialists to experiment, optimize, and grow top-of-funnel footprint of Spark and Creative
Cloud.
Drive for cohesion by improving consistency of look and feel and quality of design standards, and
effectiveness across a large inventory of landing pages and workflows.
Enable a global and accessible design approach by working with other UX and Content Designers to
source and build scalable solutions, including localization and culturalization approaches in key markets.
Harness your business savvy to identify opportunities that increase click-through and conversion rates
and build brand equity by analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data.
Design for best practice web and mobile web experiences, including extending established branding and design systems to meet quality standards. Requirements:
5+ years of experience in UX/UI, and customer research in a product driven organization
Ensure high quality experiences top of funnel through your demonstrated craft with UX/UI
Extraordinary visual design skills, and a sharp attention to detail
Ability to create magic moments at key interactions motion, and delight
Experience collaborating and effectively contributing on a team within a large, diverse organization
A track record for always showing up with concepts and prototypes to drive conversations forward
Ability to develop standards and review and provide feedback against them
Deliver designs that meet rigorous testing and experimentation plans
The ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects at a time
