GoAhead Solutions has a great opportunity for a Director of Statement Online Development in San Francisco, CA. This would be a full-time opportunity. Interview process would be phone and video. Position will be remote until the shelter-in-place restriction has been lifted, then you would be onsite in downtown San Francisco.
Job Description:
-Establish and maintain strong partnership with the business product owners / stake holders. Provide point of accountability to the business stake holders.
-Work with business product owners / stake holders and system leads to logically design and negotiate the product solution and participate in product roadmap planning discussions.
-Ensure commitments are met while providing high quality and cost effective systems.
-Identify and develop support for new opportunities, including operational efficiencies, new product features, enterprise technology integration, …etc.
-Responsible for product solution design and implementation.
-Responsible for managing, developing and appraising the matrix structure delivery team, ensure teams are highly motivated and focus on product delivery, including collaborate and coordinate cross-team activities.
-Work with Digital Resiliency team to ensure all services are supported according to their SLAs
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree; and 10+ years direct experience in software development.
-5+ year experience in API and web-based solution design and implementation.
-Experience in modern technology stack is a plus, including Apigee, OpenShift, Node .js, AWS Cloud solution (S3 bucket, PostgreSQL, SQS, SNS, …etc).
-Proven ability to plan and manage large-scale software integration and implementation.
-Experience working with Agile and collaborative environment
-Experience in matrix-managing cross-functional teams.
-Ability to deal with ambiguous situations.
