Job Description:
This position will serve as a Project Delivery Coordinator (Client PMO) to support various and multiple
Apex engagements with our clients. As part of the Program Management Office, this position supports
Engagement Leadership in coordinating a variety of engagement level activities including time reporting
management, scheduling, travel, status and metrics reporting, communications, deliverable co-ordination, problem resolution, issues management, team onboarding and off-boarding, knowledge capture, document management, training and so forth.
Specific Duties:
Engagement Delivery
Provide detailed tracking of Tasks and Deliverables associated with assigned engagements, often including handling of logistics and scheduling of work assignments
Day to day issues management and resolution
Coordination of engagement team training activities
Communication and support for engagement team with regard to quality and timeliness of deliverables against contract and client expectations
Oversee time charges, expenses and billings on assigned engagements
Conduct time and expenses tracking for each engagement team member against budgets on a weekly basis
Assist with Consultant/Client On boarding and Off boarding process for new Contractor Employee
Engagement work paper coordination and maintenance
Sales Support
Provide assistance as needed in scoping, documenting and estimating work effort for new sales opportunities
Managing the Business
Participate as team member for assigned areas in support of Managing Director or Director level leadership focus areas
Minimum Requirements:
Good organization skills
Good communication skills
Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint advanced features
Previous experience working with large companies
Previous experience with project tracking tools such as: Clarity, Nexis, PCM Web, SharePoint, MS Project, etc.
Great customer relationship management focus
Experience with resources planning, budgeting and forecasting
Results orientation with a high sense of urgency to meet client requirements
Flexible working availability (may work with consultants/clients in all four U.S. time zones)
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum two (2) years project experience
