Leading Financial Services institution located in the San Francisco Area is seeking to hire a Salesforce Lead Developer to join their growing team. The organization is a well established firm that is deeply rooted into Salesforce with a specialized focus on Sales, Service and Communities Cloud. It is critical for the successful candidate to be experienced with Lightning Web Components.

This organization heavily invests into technology on a yearly basis, and will continue to invest into the Salesforce Ecosystem as well.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation of the Salesforce platform solutions from start to finish
• Design and develop the Salesforce Sales, Service, Communities Cloud
• Partner with the non-technical teams such as the front office, operations, business managers, etc
• Partner with other technical groups within the organization to ensure that the entire system is aligned
• Leading the architectural design and implementation
• Responsible for the pre-sprint designs
• Continuous customization work to be preformed
• Provide support when it comes to bug fixing and identifying production issues

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree is required in Computer Science or other similar degree
• Masters Degree is highly preferred; or similar
• Min of 5-7+ Years of experience in a Salesforce Development position
• Experience with APEX, Triggers, Visualforce, etc
• Knowledgeable within Salesforce Sales, Service and Communities cloud
• Lightning Web Components experienced is required
• Prior experience with HTML5, JavaScript, SQl, CSS, etc
• Experience with AWS is preferred
• Strong understanding and working experience with workflows, reports and dashboards
• Agile methodologies experience is preferred
• Architecture experience is ideal
