Proven history of generating innovative and effective solutions.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics in an easily digestible manner.
Experience with database management and proper systems security best practices.
Experience examining existing systems and programs to identify areas for improvement and integration.
Ability to develop interface specifications, sequence diagrams, data flows and system context diagrams based on discovery activities, and assemble documents presenting project guidelines and milestones to team members.
