Job Details
Create and execute high-quality UX design solutions through, virals, wireframes, graphic designs, flow diagrams, site maps, prototypes, and storyboards.
Work with Product Managers and other developers to bring design to life.
Research from customer discovery, analytics, and usability through the life cycle of the product
Identify new opportunities to level up NPS, CSAT and drive growth and retention.
Create and define success measure for UX and demonstrate measurable impact on the success metrics to ensure value is delivered through the solution, and improvement plans when needed
Stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs, and emerging technologies.
Have full and meaningful ownership to make important decisions about the way our product looks, feels, and behaves.
What you'll need:
B2B SaaS products and start-up experience
Knowledge and proficiency of software: Sketch, InVision, Pendo, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
Agile/Scrum experience
Project management experience with the ability to prioritize activities and deliverables that are on time and on budget, with high quality presentations.
