Job Description:
Experienced Architect with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement
Proven development and technical expertise in implementing D365 solution
Expert in integration and data migration to Dynamics CRM (online) since this is a critical part of the project
Experience in working on large programs across service lines
Experience with Sales and Service management functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement
Work with client SME's and take design decisions, review design, guide stakeholders to right design approach, scalable solution design
Work with team to communicate technical roadmap for program
Define best practices in project SDLC
Ensure close communication between the onsite and offshore technical team members and ensure the quality of code is consistent and as per guardrails for the entire project
Good communication and team skills
Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications preferred
