Ensure all IT communication materials follow Marketing branding guidelines. Build strong and productive relationships with employees across the company. Periodically serve as project manager for customer-centric IT projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of communication, journalism, speech writing, or technical writing experience with a focus on internal communications, or equivalent coursework/certification.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with executives.
Strong editing and proofreading skills; ability to write in a variety of forms for a mix of different audiences.
Must be proficient (expert preferred) with common communications and business tools, such as Microsoft business suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Zoom, Teams, BananaTag.
Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with individuals at all levels.
Dynamic and open to new approaches or change; self-motivated and intellectually curious.
Strong organizational and program management skills; Acute attention to detail.
Some experience with teaching or producing training materials preferred.
