RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Content Writer to work remotely for our enterprise networking and cloud solutions client based in San Jose, California (CA).
Summary:
Our client's Customer Experience Design Group is looking for a Content Designer to help reimagine how we deliver the lifecycle of customer experience across our entire portfolio of products. The Content Designer will write compelling content for a host of exciting customer focused products that deliver guided support expertise, business use cases, best practices, and technical insights to our customers and partners.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
Content Designer will have 2+ years of experience writing UX copy, with a portfolio that illustrates the scope of your work
Awareness of how content and design work together, with a keen eye for consistency and details
Significant experience writing a variety of digital content for digital experiences - including navigation labels, form field labels and messaging, error messages, contextual help messages, alert messages, and emails; Interactive products experience a plus
Proven ability to balance business needs with user experience
Prior experience working with product design and development teams
