Balance Staffing is hiring for a few IT Systems Administrators in San Jose, CA and Fremont, CA. The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining the network infrastructure, hardware, software, and help desk. DUTIES
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, network issues, and peripherals
  • Network/Systems Administration (Business environment)
  • Reinstallation of OS
  • Removal of viruses/malware
  • Software upgrades and installation
  • PC imaging and configuration
  • Helping end users understand software
  • Provide IT on-going training and support for all users as needed.
  • Oversee the performance of computer systems, maintain user workstations, printers, copiers/fax machines, and telephones.
  • Administer the help desk ticket system and respond to all technical issues in a prompt manner.
  • Work with vendors to facilitate technical support escalation and equipment purchases as needed.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years minimum experience in IT as a systems administrator
  • Microsoft Certified
