Position: Network Administrator (Data and Security)
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: Contract

Job Description:

• Security Operations Lead will be primarily responsible for Security operation
• on a 24x7 basis.
• Perform lead roles to run specific tracks of security operations service delivery
• Must have experience modifying firewall rule sets, studying network traffic flows to reverse-engineer
• the required firewall rules to lock down an application,
• Troubleshooting firewall problems in an enterprise or service provider environment under short time
• constraints involving complex network application flows between multiple hosts spanning multiple
• firewalls and different geographic locations.
• Must have hands-on technical experience installing, configuring, documenting, and providing
• ongoing support for Cisco ASA /Checkpoint firewalls at multiple customer sites. Experience in
• defining Information Security strategy and integrating security technologies into corporate
• frameworks.
• CCSA, CCSE, CCNA Security (Essential), ITIL (Would be added advantage).
• Should have experience in monitoring and management of network security devices such as
• Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, AAA, Two Factor Authentication solution, Web filtering solutions, Email
• gateway solution, Corporate Anti-virus solutions, HIPS, Disk Encryption solution, log management
• and incident response solutions.
• Product Expertise: -
• Firewall:- Checkpoint, Netscreen, Cisco ASA & FWSM, VPN:- IPSEC, SSL, Site to Site, Remote
• Access
• IDS/IPS:- McAfee Intrushield, AAA:- Cisco ACS
• Two Factor Authentication:- Alladin / DSSS, Web Filtering solution:- Zscaler
