As an UI/UX lead engineer and part of this world-class global engineering team, you will be leading the next generation UI/UX designs, prototypes and implementations based on Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate should be excited by this opportunity, love the start-up environment and have a demonstrated history of architecting, designing and developing modern UI in the hyper converged infrastructure & cloud space and possess the ability to lead global teams of 5-10.

Skills and Experience
· Over 10+ years of experience in Design/Development of enterprise class UI/UX products with demonstrated progressive growth and acumen to adopt latest UI/UX open source and commercial toolkits
· Passion and proven experience in designing and implementing appealing user centric UI/UX, adhering to industry standard design principles, meeting business requirements and user feedback
· Hands on experience in rapidly creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups and iteratively finalize the design working with stakeholders
· Hands-on professional experience in designing and developing modern web applications using modern JavaScript Application frameworks such Angular.js, node.js and other .js frameworks and well known web technologies: HTML5, JSON, REST APIs, Web Services
· Deep understanding of web standards, protocols, security and cross-browser compatibility issues
· Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills; ability to draw clarity out of complex and ever-changing environments
· Demonstrated technical background; an engineer at heart with an innate desire to make an impact
